Let the heat melt tension, soften stiffness, and gently prepare your body for the days ahead.

Part II:
Flow — Rainforest River & Trails
Step into the living beauty of the rainforest. Warm water, lush surroundings and steady movement awaken your senses and bring a quiet aliveness back to the body. The terrain is engaging but approachable, offering just enough challenge to feel invigorating and alive.
Find moments of adventure in and around the river — zip lining, river rafting and tubing are all included — always optional, always supported — inviting you to step slightly outside your comfort zone in a safe way.

Expand — Ocean
End at the edge of the Pacific.
Swim, snorkel, stroll the shoreline, shop, or simply
